The prosecutors are morons, by the way - not only are they flagrantly messing with the system, they're doing a bad job of it, and also being made out to look like fools. They seem to be becoming less adept with technology as the trial goes on, which is pathetic, since these people were the lawyers hired to take down one of the largest trackers in the world - you'd think they'd have done some research into Bittorrent... and... how email works...

But once again, that might be biased, based on the *only* source that seems to be covering it well. Here's a contradicting source, but it lacks detail and actually just corroborates parts of the other article I gave. While both are highlighting things to make their point, this second one seems to be more obvious about it.

Gizmodo is also covering it, but Torrentfreak's seems more interesting, and their opinions are pretty similar either way.
