Seems like I'm out of date too... that makes me a sad blogger.

The lawyers can't seem to figure out who is in charge, heh. Yet another reason for companies to switch to a flat structure. The concept of Wikinomics / Open Source confuses these lawyers greatly. Though, based on their submission of ineligible evidence, it seems legality confuses these lawyers greatly as well...
